UN Secretary-General António Guterres has circulated a note, dated 31 July 2023, to all UN member states convening the second Meeting of States Parties to the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW) for five days, from 27 November to 1 December 2023, at United Nations Headquarters in New York. The dates and location were decided upon by the States Parties at the first MSP in June 2022 and confirmed by the United Nations General Assembly in its resolution 77/54 of 13 December 2022.
