The Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons, Article 8, paragraph 4, states that a review conference shall be convened by the Secretary-General of the United Nations five years after entry into force of the treaty.
The first review conference will take place 30 November - 4 December, 2026 at United Nations Headquarters in New York. Below you will find the official convocation note issued by the Secretary-General on 10 July 2026.
