The Hibakusha and Pacific communities have been suffering from the twin existential threats of nuclear weapons and climate change. As a result, there is a desire amongst advocates and academia to share their perspectives on the humanitarian and environmental impacts of nuclear weapons and the significance of Articles 6 and 7 of the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons.
