Alicia Sanders-Zakre, Head of Policy at ICAN, will discuss the risks of nuclear deterrence in a context of escalating military tensions in Europe and beyond. Alicia's talk will be followed by a roundtable discussion with H.E. Mr Peter Mikl, Ambassador of the Republic of Austria to Estonia, and H.E. Mr James Sherry, Ambassador of Ireland to Estonia, moderated by Dr Lovato Marianna, Lecturer of International Relations at Tallinn University. The roundtable will be followed up by a Q&A session.
