Ground Zero members will banner at 10:30am on the Sherman Hill overpass in Poulsbo facing north to catch the traffic headed to Silverdale on Highway 3.
Ground Zero Center for Nonviolent Action will banner at 2:30pm on the Loxie Egans overpass in Bremerton facing north to catch the shift change traffic headed to Tacoma on Highway 3.
