With a keynote address from the Ambassador of Ireland, youth can speak with all varieties of 2MSP attendees to learn how members from different sectors of government, diplomacy, civil society, NGOs, and more, plan to tackle the week ahead!

Youth participants will have opportunities to hear about the different side events and the plenary meeting schedule, so that they can better formulate how to gain the most out of their experience at the conference, prevent burnout from the plethora of event offerings, and learn how to navigate between event locations at the UN and in New York City at large!

Historically, Ireland has played a historic role in educating and empowering young leaders in the field of disarmament. This year, Ireland serves on the Coordinating Committee and as Co-Chair of the Complementarity Working Group for 2MSP. Hence, we are proud to host this orientation with The Mission of Ireland for a second time!
