Join our vigil on Saturday, August 6, at the Greenfield Town Common, 11 AM to noon, to commemorate the 77th anniversary of the atomic bombing of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, and call for rapid nuclear disarmament worldwide. All are welcome, let’s hold our banners high, for peace.

Afterwards, join the Opening of the "Why I Stand" Multimedia exhibition at the LAVA center 1-2pm, featuring statements and banNEERS from some attending the weekly Greenfield Town Common vigil, with photos, video and original banners. Public viewing times through August 27: Saturdays 11 am to 2 pm, Thursdays 5-8 pm, and during scheduled events.
