Many cities have pledged their support for the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons by joining the ICAN Cities appeal. This model proclamation is a tool to reinvigorate the city's commitment to a nuclear weapons free world and draw attention to the resources wasted on the bomb.
