Tri-Valley CAREs and friends will hold a variety of 8-foot banners at the Livermore Lab West Gate as the weapons lab employees come in to work. We have a public reading of portions of the TPNW, and call the names of each states party that has ratified to date. Bring joyous noisemakers to help celebrate, such as bells, rattles, etc. We will have banners and extra noisemakers.
