Celebration of the first anniversary of the entry into force of the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons. We will meet at Huntington Ingalls/Newport News Shipyard where the Columbia class ballistic missile submarines are under construction. We will reflect on the day at the north end of the yard where new buildings are being built to house the submarine work, then we'll march (or drive) to shipyard headquarters and read parts of the treaty and celebrate the 59 state members of the treaty.
