The first anniversary of the United Nations Treaty to Prohibit Nuclear Weapons [TPNW] when it entered into force is on January 22, 2021. That day we will gather at 1 PM at 34th and North Charles Streets by the Johns Hopkins University sign. JHU is the #1 School of Mass Destruction. Consider joining us. We hope to deliver a letter to the president of the university asking him to renounce nuclear weapons research. The National Science Foundation report on higher education research and development indicated that the expenditures for Johns Hopkins University includes funding for the Applied Physics Laboratory, which totaled $1.909 billion in FY2020.
