She excels at balancing diplomatic with operational precision, resulting in smooth documentation, stakeholder involvement, and communications that raise organisational standards. She is well-balanced, motivated by deadlines, adaptable in challenging circumstances, and willing to learn new skills. She is interested in how AI could shift sectors and improve organisational outcomes, as well as its ability to expedite processes, inform data-driven decisions, and address ethical concerns in business applications.
She has worked on African development projects, including developing and implementing programs and activities. She has also worked on matters related to human rights at both the international and national levels, as well as peace, security, and disarmament issues, such as countering violent extremism, eliminating small arms and light weapons, and, most recently, nuclear disarmament.
She holds a Certificate in AI, Business, and the Future of Work from Lund University, a Certificate in Humanitarian Response to Conflict and Disaster from Harvard University, a Diploma in Development Studies and Social Work from MIUC, a constituent college of the Catholic University of Eastern Africa, a Bachelor of Arts in Peace and Conflict Studies from African Nazarene University, and an MA in International Relations from Nottingham Trent University.
