Ana Escaso Moreno is a communications professional with over ten years of experience developing digital strategies, creating engaging multimedia content and building audience engagement across platforms. With a background in journalism and a passion for storytelling and design, she brings a creative and strategic approach to social media.
Before joining ICAN as Social Media Coordinator, Ana spent over eight years working in communications with the Norwegian Refugee Council and ACAPS in Geneva. During this time, she also collaborated with NGOs, UN agencies, media and academic institutions to amplify organisational visibility and influence.
Throughout her career, Ana has been driven by a commitment to social impact and a belief in the power of communications to contribute to a more just and sustainable world. Born in Spain, she holds a master’s degree in Journalism and Media within Globalisation from Aarhus University and City University London.
