On 22 January 2026 we're celebrating five years since the nuclear weapons ban treaty became international law with actions and events across the globe.
This is our chance to to draw attention to the impact of the treaty, the successes it has had in its short time in force, and to illustrate that this is the most promising multilateral path forward to reduce the dangers of nuclear weapons use and the proliferation of nuclear weapons or nuclear weapons sharing strategies.
