On Sat., Jan. 22, PeaceWorksKC will host an outdoor rally marking the first anniversary of the "entry into force" of the international Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons. We will meet at 12:45 pm in the parking area near Main and 46th St., behind office buildings overlooking Mill Creek Park. We will put signs from PeaceWorks on our cars, have a short rally in Mill Creek Park, then caravan through areas including the Plaza, Westport, KU Med Center, 39th St., 31st. St, Troost, Rockhurst, UMKC, Whole Foods, Ward Parkway, State Line. We'll end at Culver's about 81st and State Line for outdoor lunch in the parking lot. All are invited!
