NZ: Malcolm Fraser on eliminating nuclear weapons
Submitted by Adam on 28 May 2009 - 6:00amSpeaking at the National Consultative Committee on Disarmament Conference in Wellington, New Zealand, former Australian Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser, stipulated: "The most effective, expeditious and practical way to achieve and sustain the abolition of nuclear weapons is to negotiate a comprehensive, irreversible, binding, verifiable treaty - a Nuclear Weapons Convention."
Non-proliferation commission meets in Sydney
