International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons

The World Federation of United Nations Associations (WFUNA) has become an official supporter of the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons and has launched “Students for a Nuclear Weapons-Free World” to encourage global youth involvement in nuclear disarmament issues.

ICAN’s roving ambassador Dr. Bill Williams visited the United Kingdom, Germany, Switzerland, Denmark, and France in the closing months of 2007, promoting the campaign among national peace and disarmament organizations.
