Donate for disarmament

Since being founded in 2007, ICAN has grown exponentially and established itself
as the leading global coalition of civil society organizations acting together towards a clear goal: prohibiting nuclear weapons. After a lot of hard work, governments finally heeded ICAN’s call when the United Nations voted in October 2016 to start negotiations on a ban on nuclear weapons in 2017. Governments will meet from 27 to 31 March and from 14 June to 7 July to negotiate a new legally binding instrument to prohibit nuclear weapons. ICAN will ensure that civil society organizations from all around the world can participate effectively in these discussions, work to get media coverage, and to ensure that governments develop and adopt a strong treaty banning nuclear weapons. We have a historic opportunity to prohibit nuclear weapons in 2017, but we need your help. Donate to strengthen the campaign around the world for a treaty banning nuclear weapons.
